Vision Boarding 2023 by Dr. CJ Leyland

As we come to an end with 2022, most of us have an idea of what you would like to do for next year. But some of us don’t think about it intentionally. This year, for 2023, I want to share with you what I share with my students on how to be intentional with your vision board and to stick with it.

  1. Keep it simple. When you over complicate things, you tend to get overwhelmed with your daily chores and routine that you forget your vision.
  2. Expectations must be flexible. There is a difference between manifestation and expectations. Expect positive things then manifest it.
  3. Be intentional. How you may ask? Start something small towards your vision. For Professional Development- sign up for a course, paid/unpaid, etc. Learn something new.
  4. Have a mantra for your daily check-ins. Every day when you wake up. Read it and do something intentional towards any of your vision board goals.
  5. Make your goals something that can be habitual that you can integrate it daily/weekly/monthly.

Above, I gave you 6 categories you can work on for 2023. Every categories you can work on for two months- For example, for professional development, you can work on signing up for a course that you have always wanted to learn more. You have 8 weeks to do it. You can do it. Then the next two months look for something you can work on health. Maybe sign up for a yoga class or Zumba or simply just walk a mile a day.

Here is the link to this and the last page is unlock so you can use this vision board for yourself.
